We utilize trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for shipping.

- US 2-Day Guaranteed (2 business days)

Please note: Currently, we exclusively deliver within the United States.

  • Delivery times provided are based on regular business volume.
  • Ground shipping is complimentary for purchases totaling $75 or more.
  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is determined by the total weight of the items.
  • Orders are dispatched exclusively on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  • For expedited delivery, consider upgrading your shipping method. Be aware that not all delivery methods may be available for all areas.

Processing Time

Our present processing time is 1-3 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are accountable for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable. We disclaim responsibility for delays due to customs procedures.

Address Issues

If there is an error in the shipping address you provided, promptly contact us at info@bathromance.co. If your order hasn't been shipped, we can make necessary updates. Once dispatched, we cannot intervene.

Should your order be returned due to an incorrect shipping address, get in touch with us. We can either issue a refund or reship the order, with the additional shipping cost covered by you.

In cases where the shipping address is invalid during our shipment attempts, we will contact you for an updated address. The order will be automatically canceled after 48 hours if there's no response.

Combining Multiple Orders

We automatically consolidate all orders under the same name and shipping address. If you prefer separate shipments, please inform us!
